They were both very sweet and personable and answered my question as well as listened to my life story on how I couldn't use my partner discounts at the airport earlier that morning(That's a whole other review....) Anyways, I will be sure to visit this Target during my trip based on the fantastic customer service that I received from these two young ladies. You could see it because the glue was white and boots black. I told an employee so they could do whatever they do when that happens. The lady told me just to color the glue with a black marker. Mm no thanks. So I said no thanks and she said okay I'll just probably color it with a black marker. She did. Her and two other employees stood at the desk and sharpied defective boots and put them back on the floor to sell. I feel bad for whoever buys them.
