They ghost your phone calls and tell you that you have the worst concrete ever. When quoting the job, take more time to notice if there's defects and charge accordingly. Jimmy Miller wouldn't even look over his guys subpar work. I couldn't even get him to answer the phone. He puts too much trust in his guys word, than actually looking over the job himself. They got their money and ran. My whole floor has sharp edges. Way to run your business. Instead of coming back with a comment "First of all", why don't you come back and fix the poor job your company did!
