I hate paying for a class or workshop where the casting director barely gets to see your work and doesn't give any comments or suggestions for improvement. I started taking Casting Director Phaedra Harris's Audition Lab a few months ago and I can see a major improvement in my audition techniques (not that they were bad before!!) Phaedra is very hands on and takes her time with each person in class. Not to mention, everyone gets up several times during each class. I also love that she invites industry guests to the class. I would highly recommend The Audition Lab to all actors.

Phaedra is incredible!…read more I moved to LA about 2 years ago, and began auditioning. After having trouble booking, I went to a workshop Phaedra offered. I started taking her class, and I've learned so much since then! There are plenty of acting classes out there, but no matter how good your acting is, it's pointless unless you make it through the audition! Phaedra is no nonsense, intense, and she cares about actors! Her work to make better auditioners out of her students is genuine, useful, and fun!

My nephew is a model, and his manager (and the owner of the company), Jim Jordan, is a great mentor as he guides my nephew to success. We hired Craig Yorizane of Avner Gat, Inc. after our home was badly damaged in the January 2025…read moreEaton Fire. The damage was extensive: structural issues, asbestos and lead contamination, and a destroyed yard wall. Our insurance company has repeatedly undervalued the claim. Craig's background as a former insurance company adjuster made a real difference. He understands how carriers evaluate and negotiate claims, and he uses that knowledge well. What stood out most was his temperament. He's level-headed and patient, and he never lets things get emotional. He simply documents where the insurer got it wrong and holds them to the law. His persistence paid off. We've secured the funding to remove the lead and asbestos as well as bring our roof and HVAC back to pre-loss condition with more to come. If you're facing a difficult property claim, especially after a fire, we strongly recommend Craig. He's clear, strategic, and effective.

From the moment we called Avner Gat, everything changed. They stepped in as our advocate and immediately began moving the claim forward. Craig Yorizane took the time to explain the entire process, set realistic expectations, and guide us through every step. Craig worked incredibly hard and was thoughtful and strategic in handling our claim. He anticipated potential setbacks before they happened and was prepared to address them. When delays required our temporary housing to be extended several times, Craig stayed on top of everything and made sure we were taken care of. He consistently went above and beyond for us. What stood out most was that we genuinely felt Craig was looking out for our best interests. He was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and professional throughout an extremely stressful situation. The insurance claim process can feel overwhelming and, at times, as though it is designed to wear you down. Having Craig and the team at Avner Gat in our corner made an enormous difference. They made the process manageable, and most importantly, we never felt like we were facing it alone. Craig Yorizane is an exceptional professional and someone we came to trust completely. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and recommend Craig and Avner Gat without reservation.
