I hate paying for a class or workshop where the casting director barely gets to see your work and doesn't give any comments or suggestions for improvement. I started taking Casting Director Phaedra Harris's Audition Lab a few months ago and I can see a major improvement in my audition techniques (not that they were bad before!!) Phaedra is very hands on and takes her time with each person in class. Not to mention, everyone gets up several times during each class. I also love that she invites industry guests to the class. You must be recommended by a Sr Agent or referred by an existing client! How do you do that since they are so private? Meaning they don't advertise all their clients on their site! They are exclusive and don't do open calls, but they are very nice when you inquire about them. I luckily had a friend that randomly mentioned that they were signed with them.
