I was able to input my insurance information before our appointment so they knew exactly what our dental benefits were for braces. Free consultation included an x-ray and all of the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. The office space is lovely with a giant fish tank, and parking is super easy with a garage immediately behind the building. The payment options, cost and plans are very easy to understand and the office is not pushy at all and does not oversell other products. They give you options but do not pressure at all which I really appreciate. During the actual braces procedure, Dr. Lyotard spoke quietly to my daughter explaining everything she was doing. It kept her calm during the process - my daughter adores her. She seems extremely knowledgeable and explains everything. Will update this review when we are done with phase 1 is braces, but we are very happy with this place!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Nathan Harris and his staff!! They helped make my son's smile so pretty!!!…read more We'd suggest Dr. Harris for ALL your Ortho needs!!! Our story begins when our original orthodontist could no longer see Brandon. Dr. Harris agreed to see Brandon thru the last stages of his care and took us in under his wing - he'd already been in braces for almost 1 1/2 years. Dr. Harris is so warm and gracious and really welcomed us into his practice - of course we have the same last name so we call each other "cousins". The entire practice is wonderful from the sweet girls who answer the phone to all the technicians - everyone is happy and smiles and makes you feel welcome. I believe that all stems from what a wonderful and kind sole Dr. Harris is! Travel near or travel far - however far you have to travel you are in good hands when you see Dr. Harris. We will be forever grateful to you Dr. Harris!! Love - The Other Harris family - Toby, Lisa & of course Brandon!

I was disappointed that I wasn't a candidate for trays and needed 'regular" braces. My bite had opened and I was having trouble biting through some foods. I needed to get wires and bands to pull my teeth back together. and of course straighten a few crooked teeth in the process. I was thrilled to be able to eat an artichoke again after the braces were off and the straighter smile is great too. Both Dr. Harris and Dr Rochester were great, they both explained everything, answered questions and made me feel comfortable with the treatment I was getting. I've truly found everyone in the office to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable including office staff and ortho techs. Lastly, I've never felt rushed or like I was 'just another number' as I've heard about other offices. I'm also health care provider and would feel comfortable referring any friends, patients and family to Dr. Harris and have already, many times.
