The doc himself is very attentive to all of his patients and everyone seems to know EVERY patients name and the staff always show a positive attitude and atmosphere to work in! Went for a ortho consult appointment. Check in was quick but called back after our appointment time. They first call in your kiddo take pictures and then you meet with the Dr. and go to a office to discuss plan, payment everything was clear and explained well. The pictures in the office from your kiddo on screen used to explain treatment and options- loved that. The ladies were all nice and polite. Office clean and well organized. 9 months ago I walked into Dr. Ortega's office with very crowded bottom teeth and a deep bite. I struggled for years with jaw pain from my teeth not being able to rest on eachother. It was awful. I can't believe it's only been 9 months and I am already this far in! I just finished tray 31 and got a rescan just to do some touch ups before im all done!! I am beyond grateful. Thank you Dr. Ortega for everything. I went to see Dr. Ortega because I had jaw pain. It was really painful at times to eat and chew...even locking up on me at times. I really wasn't interested in the cosmetic advantages of Invisalign. Dr. Ortega recommended Invisalign as a way to get my teeth in alignment which would result in the pain going away. After 11 months of Invisalign I now have zero jaw pain. The added bonus is now I have super straight teeth! I highly recommend Dr. Ortega! read more

Wish I could review on service but i couldn't get in. I called over a month ago trying to schedule appt and to verify they accept my insurance. First 3 times I called , they didn't answer- during normal business hours. When I finally got someone, I said I wanted to schedule a consultation and verify insurance. They said the only person that knew insurance stuff was out for the day. They would have to call me back tomorrow. Went through the trouble of asking best time of the day to call, etc. the. Guess what? No call back. I called again about a week later, and guess what? They didn't answer. I finally gave up, figuring if I couldn't get them on the phone or get the first appt, then scheduling monthly appts down the road would be a nightmare. I'm glad they wasted my time though. I went somewhere else for my kids braces, and they have been wonderful and accommodating. And they actually answer the phone!! read more
