I don't know what has happened to Raphael. He has worked for me before, and done a good job. But, the last project he did was not good work. As he was finishing for the day, he promised to come back to fix his mistakes, and to finish the job. SEVEN weeks later, and I am still waiting for him to show up. Even worse, he schedules appointments, and never shows-up!
