Oh I forgot that in the beginning they were like let's test you for Covid, flu, and strep. I mean are you serious. Well I get home feeling horrible calling my pharmacy every 30 mins just to be told nothing was sent over. I called the clinic back and they said oh it takes 2 hours before we send it. It's 5:30, call pharmacy again, nothing. Well call Mi doctor and no answer. How does everyone leave before closing. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm a sick patient that paid and now I have to endure another sleepless night. I mean where did they find these physicians and practitioners?

(WHO IS WITH ACERS HOMES HARRIS HEALTH) so other harris health facilities cannot assist acres homes request. another example: In my chart, you can only message the primary care physician who does not respond. Not any other department offered at ACERS HOME. You ask to schedule an appointment with a social worker and FRONT DESK, WORKERS will tell you they cannot schedule you with anyone on the account of their managers. And if you can get an appointment (because they are reluctant to schedule visits based on every days medications) you can only schedule an appointment 3 to 6 months at a time. That's half/a quarter of the year. In order to get 2 acres home, you have to be referred from other Harris Center or harris Health facilities. The doctor will tell you: "you're not taking your health treatment seriously" while they're billing Blue Cross and Ambetter and charities for your care and not providing aid for specialty clinics THAT THEY'RE REFERRING YOU to. They love to and act, clueless, and collect checks and not help to manage chronic illnes.

He is not a pharmaceutical doctor, he does not push pharmaceuticals like most doctors he try's to fix problems through exercise, diet & life style change if he can. I am usually in & out within an hour for my visits. Doctor Herrera takes the time to listen to my concerns & is very clear in his feedback.

But they don't like the feed back on my 2nd review. That just shows my point, they have no conflict management skills. Just make a better effort to communicate better. And I would have gladly updated once I experienced an improvement. This has never happened to me, but I have already found another PCP and didn't plan on going back. Growth is inevitable, whether they took this opportunity to provide better service in this instance or not. It will happen again to another patient. They can stay comfortable, kicking ppl out that are dissatisfied. But that not how you run an effective business or grow. Whoever is in charge should know this.

He prescribed me azythromycin and recommended Robitussin DM and a couple other things. I haven't finished the azythromycin yet, but I was feeling better in only a few days. My mucus switched back from green to clear in no time. I can sleep again. I'm grateful to Dr. Manuel. On my first visit, he spent much more time with me than any other doctor ever has. He got a clear picture of my family's medical history, from which we discussed my possible risks. He followed up with an emailed order for blood work, and which we had also discussed during the visit. He displayed a genuine concern for my overall well-being. I look forward to him being my physician for years and years to come.
