They appear more knowledgeable of their items then other hair store owners in Polk County and you leave with a smile on your face and not the feeling of being bamboozled like at other stores in Polk County that I rather not mention. They have SO much stuff here, for every kind of beauty and skincare preference you could really want. Now, when they have sales or special deals it's a great time to visit, and that's usually what I do. I love that they also have a whole salon here too- not only can you buy your beauty products for at home, but you can get your hair or makeup done by a professional here if you really desire. I did one time for prom in high school and it was spendy but I was very happy with the final result. If you need hair stuff like shampoo or conditioner, temporary coloring, a flat iron or blow dryer, they got you. If you want nail polish or stick ons, they got you. In addition, they are very reluctant to send us our records when asked, and had to be asked multiple times. We have still not received everything we've been asking for, for months.
