I always felt rushed through my appts and was unhapppy with my mischevious brow to say the least. When I started seeing Jodi it was a completely different experience, she took time drawing out my plan with me and her approach was conservative, starting off minimal to see how my muscle's would react and invited me back for a follow up if needed. We even found that Dysport lasted longer for me. I've included a collage of my "be-forehead" and a pic of my forehead today, 2 weeks after my last treatment. I cannot recommend Eternal Youth enough!

I had the privilege of receiving the most amazing, relaxing, and refreshing facial today by Stephanie! This momma definitely got her glow back! I loved it so much that I booked my next facial right away, I cannot wait to see her again!! The environment was comforting, and she was so gentle and calming throughout the experience. She also pointed me in the right direction by recommending a customized iS clinical skin care regiment for my daily home routine in order to maintain this lustrous glow until my next scheduled facial! Please reach out to Jodi or Stephanie they'll definitely take amazing care of you!!!!

And they don't seem to care about the job they are doing. I have lost count how many times I've had to wait for someone to check me out. Today I said enough is enough, left the stuff on the counter. I am never coming back to this store.

We have been without medications for almost a month because while my doctor office faxes them... and they fax the doctors office... nobody at this pharmacy followed corporate policy to contact the doctors office after 2 failed attempts to fill a medication. We as patients have NO transparency to this process and are dependent on our customer facing health care advocates to help. This walgreens has no interest in doing that. This walgreens contacted my doctor only after I informed them that I had filed a complaint with corporate Walgreens as well as the FL board of pharmacy. It's amazing how someone found their CAN DO hat this morning. They claim my doctor had an issue but admit it was "their failure" to notice it and they will "have a QA meeting". They say failure instead of mistake. The store manger also stated that my retelling of an experience was inconsistent with their employees' recollection. They get a point for standing up for their employees, but I will continue to pursue this through formal complaints. Oh, and yes I won't be using this pharmacy anymore. I know in the grand scheme of things I don't matter, but when a pharmacy makes a mistake that could affect our health, it is important to be public about it.

Why three different phone numbers? This is the only medical practice that does that. If not added, these calls show as spam. If you don't answer spam, you won't learn that what was removed was malignant, which is IMPORTANT. After two months, they will THEN send an email and a message about malignancy. They do not leave a voice mail when calling, although it was noted in the records that one was left, reviewing voice messages that go back a few years, none were left. They say they give this info sheet out to ensure patients get the message, but they are not given out. They reject the idea of a sign on or near the wall where the giant tv that everyone looks at while waiting is not an efficient way to get that message out, that handing that paper out is preferable. Nonsense. I've been her three times, wife five-NEVER GIVEN THE PAPER. That's 100% failure rate. They speak of the patient portal. They email new patients about it. NEVER DONE. But a sign where people look the entire time waiting is inefficient.

I traveled from Lakeland when my "regular" group of HCPs could not get me in for over a month and I had sudden hearing loss and pain, even after having been on an antibiotic without relief. They take my insurance (BC/BS) and didn't need a referral (I do have a PPO so my insurance doesn't require one but my usual healthcare team requires it for specialists in their group). Will recommend for anyone seeking ENT services in the area.

One of the worst medical experiences I've ever had…read more We specifically searched for an ENT who performs throat procedures for snoring. We explained exactly what we needed before scheduling, waited weeks for the appointment, received multiple reminders, and paid our copay. Only after we had checked in and paid did the nurse tell us they don't even perform the procedure we came for. We asked why no one mentioned that when we scheduled the appointment or during the confirmation process. She admitted the mistake, even offered a refund, but then convinced us to stay because the doctor would "discuss treatment options." That never happened. The doctor walked in with no idea why we were there, did a basic exam, and prescribed a nasal spray. When we asked what he recommended for the snoring--the only reason we made the appointment--he rudely replied, "What? Are you adding more things that aren't covered by this appointment?" Adding more things? That was the reason for the appointment from the beginning. It was obvious he hadn't even reviewed our chart. Instead of apologizing, he became defensive and told us to schedule another appointment. As if that wasn't bad enough, while we were sitting in the waiting room, we witnessed the front desk staff speaking loudly and disrespectfully to an elderly woman who appeared to be well over 80 years old. They told her, "You should be reading what you sign!" The poor woman was clearly struggling and appeared unable to read the paperwork. Instead of showing patience or compassion, the staff embarrassed her in front of everyone. It was heartbreaking to watch and completely unacceptable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
