After 3 mos of getting ripped off for over $1700 from a local mechanic who would "fix" my problem only to have my light come on the next week. then tell me he needed to do more work because there were "so many problems with my car"... I'd had enough! A sweet co-worker told me about Heath - said he was one of the kindest, most honest mechanics/people she'd ever done business with. So I called him up, took my car in that next day, his mechanic Tyler assessed the problem and literally had my car fixed in one day! I showed Heath the bill from the former mechanic and he showed me where he waaayyy overcharged me. Heath charged me 1/4 of what the other guy had, I spent less money, got better and faster service, never had to leave my car overnight, and he truly fixed my car! Heath is a Christian and honest. He and Tyler are always kind and courteous to show me what they fixed. I've called a couple of times about other small issues, and I always get a return phone call or immediate help. And Heath offered to take me to another appointment when I had to leave my car for a couple of hours. DO NOT go anywhere else - only use Airborne Automotive! You'll save money, get an honest report of what's wrong with your car and he's kind to single women, no matter what age you are!

He finally went out of business on or about March 28th, 2024 with only a day's notice, leaving customers to scramble to get projects done elsewhere. Unfortunately I trusted them with doing an engine replacement, and that has gone all bad, not all their fault, but now I have to pay another $8,000 to fix the mess, over the $13,000 I already paid them. Today I stopped @ the W'frd shop as a 'test' of mrktng blather or truth in advertising. Blaine, Mikah, the team and the techs there were 100% as advertised. Without hesitation, they immediately drove and inspected my car to determine the source of my/it's issues. Tests were done, Q&As were exchanged among us and the results determined that, despite questionable sounds, every test, comparison and measurement, my car seemed to be in safe and good working order. Blaine said he'd reach out to other human and digital sources, describe the perceived/known problems/noise and would call me should any new opinions be offered. This business and these men are a FOR PROFIT establishment and COULD have certainly tried to convince me that I should let them 'do such and such' to try and solve the issue. Not only did they NOT try that tactic, they REFUSED to accept ANY compensation from me for the work they did in the investigation process! I am no novice and could have recognized an attempt to 'lead me' into spending some money with them..that NEVER happened.. I grew up in a small town so I can unequivocally say that it has been DECADES since I have had such a unique, honest, professional, unexpected and enjoyable interaction with auto mechanics....like small towns USED to have...with these men and this company! I called to speak to the owner, Brandon Waters, to relate my experience and spoke with John Lobato, a KINGWAY Manager in Aledo.. He was gracious, most appreciative and was happy to hear that 'his guys' are doing and being what they were hired to do! BOTTOM LINE..Folks.. take your car problems to them.. In my opinion, THEY are the REAL DEAL, the needle in the auto mechanics haystack. Rodney Gray Aledo, TX

Let's just say there were some things that happened to my car that were not happening before I pulled into the car lot. They obviously did something to cause something wrong but immediately when I told the guy it wasn't doing that before I got here.. he said OK will look at it and will fix the problem. He said if we did something they would get fixed. Everything worked out so I am a happy customer. I did have to come back a couple days later to actually get my inspection done on my car. I had two tires put on that I brought to them and air pressure was wrong so again I had to come back for that as well... But for some reason I will still say I like this place they may need to get some guys with a little more experience in the shop but they are quick to fix a mistake and very kind about it. Maybe even the inspection.
