When I called to check on the order, the employee hung up on me the second I said the word "photos." So I went to the store. The woman at the register was rude, and the team lead, Sam, couldn't give me any kind of update besides "they're not done." I wasn't asking for a full explanation--just wanted to know when they might be ready. When I asked about the hang-up, Sam claimed "that phone is broken," which doesn't make sense when someone clearly answered and then hung up after hearing what I was calling about. I ended up having to call corporate. After that, I called the store again, and a different employee finally answered, apologized, and told me the order would be printed and ready by 5 PM. When I came back to pick them up, Sam was still there, working the photo counter. While I waited, he kept loudly trying to get another associate to take over for him, saying "everything is wrong" when she asked what kind of help he needed. It should not take this many steps--and that much unprofessional behavior--just to pick up some photos. Completely unacceptable.

So needless to say we were good with the service since we only really watch netflix and surf the web. Well come to find out about a couple days into the service they had lied netflix struggled, and the internet would barely even bring up pdf files on my computer. We assummed maybe it just needed to some time so we gave it a little bit of time but it didn't help. 3 weeks in and our device broke and the screen went white internet still slightly worked but it was broke. Went to two different stores for them to tell me they couldnt anything we would have to call and send it back. At this point we gave up i went out and got cable one and thank god because the service was amazingly better. So once i had my other service set up i called to cancelled my att so here is the scam they lock you in with a 150 dollar cancellation fee but alright i was like no biggy its better then paying a 100 dollars a month for crap. Well that was the end of it they were suppose to send us money back on a visa card for activating our service it was supposed to be a hundred dollars never seen it. So long story short two months of horrible service broken equipment and no one wanting to do anything about it we were charged almost 400 dollars tottal. They offered to cancel my order at any time but i would have to call corporate for a refund. Was called "rude" because I didn't understand their policies. It would be 4 to 7 days before i could get a refund and my account would be credited. Real customer service girl took my phone and talked to 1800 girl. Heard her say rude. 1800 girl hangs up. Store "acting" manager said there was nothing he could do. Went A1 appliance in Columbus and bought an American made washer and dryer. As i type this 2 hours later they are installing the unit. The good about this Lowe's- most of the cashiers in the return area and in the main area are kind and helpful. They give a military discount which is very much appreciated.
