I bought them on April 17th and wore them for only 2-3 days before realizing they caused discomfort in the soles of my feet. I checked my receipt, which stated that I had 7 days to return the item, so I returned on April 21st. However, I was told I couldn't return them because I had worn them, and the store needed to "contact On" before proceeding. This didn't make sense to me--there was nothing wrong with the shoes physically, and they were in the same condition as when I bought them. I simply didn't like how they felt, and I was within the return window. The staff gave me the runaround and were generally unhelpful, except for a kind associate named Blakely at the Tupelo location who empathized with my situation. Ultimately, I wasn't able to get a refund--only a store credit for the value of the shoes. I had to repeatedly follow up on my own, calling almost daily to speak with Bo, the manager, as no one ever reached out to me with updates. I've spent nearly $400 at this store in total, but after this experience, I won't be shopping here again. If you're considering purchasing On shoes, I strongly recommend buying directly from the brand's website instead of from a small boutique with high prices and an inflexible return policy.

When I discovered through social media they were doing different shirts for each football game this season I was intrigued but hesitant to buy a new shirt each week. I finally decided to get the Egg Bowl shirt and pre-ordered it thinking I would be able to have my daughter pick it up before she came home for the holidays. When I had not heard anything about it being ready before the weekend before I reached out and they promptly responded and said that they would get ready for pick up immediately. Their great customer service and attitude will make me think of them first for future purchases!

They have the best selection of trendy boutique clothing in Columbus. My experience shopping in stores like this is that the clothing is trendy and inexpensively made. Many of the items here can be found in similar boutiques in college towns or online. I have a friend who owns an online boutique who frequently buys clothing from "the best seller list". I guess this "list" is something shared by boutique owners, and apparently DSP shops from the same list. I often see the same things for sale at her online store and at DSP at comparable prices. All the candles are organized in a fashion that is easy to find what you are looking for, which will save your nose from having to smell a million candles trying to find that specific scent like. The jars the candles come in are always super cute. All other merchandise in the store are well displayed and laid out to see everything with a glance. LOVE shopping here.
