I bought them on April 17th and wore them for only 2-3 days before realizing they caused discomfort in the soles of my feet. I checked my receipt, which stated that I had 7 days to return the item, so I returned on April 21st. However, I was told I couldn't return them because I had worn them, and the store needed to "contact On" before proceeding. This didn't make sense to me--there was nothing wrong with the shoes physically, and they were in the same condition as when I bought them. I simply didn't like how they felt, and I was within the return window. The staff gave me the runaround and were generally unhelpful, except for a kind associate named Blakely at the Tupelo location who empathized with my situation. Ultimately, I wasn't able to get a refund--only a store credit for the value of the shoes. I had to repeatedly follow up on my own, calling almost daily to speak with Bo, the manager, as no one ever reached out to me with updates. I've spent nearly $400 at this store in total, but after this experience, I won't be shopping here again. If you're considering purchasing On shoes, I strongly recommend buying directly from the brand's website instead of from a small boutique with high prices and an inflexible return policy.

Prior to their relocation to Chubby Dr., this was an excellent antique mall. It was well organized,…read moreand reasonably priced. Since their relocation and change to a "furniture & antiquities store," they've gone downhill. First, they only have a few true antiques scattered around the store, and the majority of them aren't for sale. If they are for sale, they are overpriced. They were asking $35 for one mass-produced magazine from the 1930s that isn't even worth $5 seeing as to how it was in awful condition, and it's an easily attainable magazine. Second, I was standing at one of their showcases for 10 minutes before any of the staff came to assist me, despite them both making eye contact with me multiple times. A once great antique mall has turned into an overpriced, "shabby chic" furniture store that isn't worth looking in or buying from. When it was a true antique mall, Beard's used to be one of my favorite places. Now, it's just a disappointment.

They have the best selection of trendy boutique clothing in Columbus. My experience shopping in stores like this is that the clothing is trendy and inexpensively made. I think that's fine, as long as you don't plan on wearing anything from here for the next 10 years. It won't be in style then, anyway. Many of the items here can be found in similar boutiques in college towns or online. I have a friend who owns an online boutique who frequently buys clothing from "the best seller list". I guess this "list" is something shared by boutique owners, and apparently DSP shops from the same list. I often see the same things for sale at her online store and at DSP at comparable prices. The new location is nice. It looks empty to me. Not sure if that's because they downsized their collection or because the new location is larger. In any case, I like shopping here. Cute clothes and accessories. Nice sales people. Thumbs up.
