I had a front bottom left molar extracted, tooth 19 to be precise. These people made me feel so comfy, and the whole procedure took about 5 minutes. It was so quick and easy. And cheaper than anywhere. I expected it to be more than $250 (which I was quoted elsewhere) because this is a specialists office. In other words I wish this place did general dentistry, so I could always go here. The only thing I have to criticize is the front desk receptionist was kinda short with me. I called Medfords office to make the appointment here in grants pass and they told me 2:15 so I shows up but she explained it was scheduled at 1. So I apologized and asked if it was too late or do I have to reschedule? But she like sighed and said "no it should be okay." In conclusion the nurses and doctor Rajiv are awesome but the front lady must have had an off day. 5 stars!

We came to Hill Dentistry completely by accident--and I truly mean that. My wife had a serious fall…read morethat resulted in significant damage to her mouth, including the loss of several teeth. After getting through the emergency room and beginning the overwhelming search for a dentist, Dr. Hill's office was the only one that called us back--and the only one that could see her right away. What followed was a long and careful process to rebuild an upper bridge and replace missing teeth, and throughout it all Dr. Hill and his entire staff were exceptional. They are kind, patient, and genuinely caring, always willing to explain, help, and make what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and humane. Because of that experience, I eventually became a patient myself--despite having severe dental anxiety. As a kid, I once totaled our family car... crashing into a car that happened to belong to our dentist at the time. Let's just say the dental work that followed left a lasting impression. So walking into a dental office is not easy for me. That said, I recently had a deep cleaning, a cracked tooth repaired, and a damaged crown fixed--and I can honestly say it was amazing. It was calm, professional, and almost entirely painless. For someone with real dental fear, that's saying a lot. Dr. Hill's team is hands-down the kindest and gentlest dental staff I've ever encountered. If you're nervous, in pain, or dealing with a complicated dental situation, this is the place you want to be. I can't recommend Hill Dentistry highly enough.

It's a nice office and they give out chapstick but that is just ridiculous!

Concerned, I drove to the office to see if they were closed--and they were open. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk was on the phone discussing billing while I stood there, clearly in need of help. Despite leaving emergency messages, she showed no urgency or care. Even though she admitted that she had listened to my messages. Billing another customer was more important than worrying about a patient's dental issue. I ended up leaving and finding another dentist who saw me right away. The dentists and hygienists here are great, but the front office staff definitely needs to improve on communication and customer care. In an emergency, a little compassion goes a long way. I won't be back.

He spent literally 10 min. in my mouth to do 2 fillings, the epoxy he used did not remotely match (my other tooth looks like a candy corn or something) and the other is the included image (taken by the dentist I saw a month later) I seriously felt he was high on something. He reviewed the x-rays taken during my cleaning and did a thorough examination which was fine. The reason why I am downgrading my rating for them is because I wasn't told that there would be a charge when I had to make this "mandatory" follow up visit. It feels like they make you do another office visit just to squeeze some extra money out of you. Also for any new patients, a word of caution here: They will ask you some question like "If money wasn't an option, what would you like to change about your smile or mouth?" Obviously this is a ploy on how to up-sell you on their many specialty services (which probably also come with a nice price tag to boot). Like I said before, the staff is very nice and professional, I just don't like how they are not upfront with you on certain charges.
