Upon arrival all the way from Stallion Springs, we walk in and the man was okay, but the lady stood up from the back shouting in her native language and pointed at the clock and turned us away. She was so incredibly rude. I have never encountered such poor customer service in my life. Getting yelled at in a rude way and turned away because they have an appointment with someone else in 30mins.... In this economy who can turn away business? They missed out! We have lots of family and friends in the area... and we're willing to give this place a chance at making new customers... HUGE mistake! It was HOT in there, didn't smell good, no pricing or services listed and bad customer service... I'm glad we were turned away. It would have been miserable for all involved.
