My Tesla looking brand new

Nagy (pronounced Na-gee) is so personable and generous-hearted. A true pleasure to be around. I had multiple major dents on the side of my Tesla and scratches and dings in both front and back bumpers. He and his team replaced and repairs everything to perfection. Worth every penny.

I brought my Ford Bronco Everglades here after my gate fell on it, causing some pretty serious damage that required a lot of parts to be replaced. From start to finish, the team was absolutely amazing. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process, kept me updated on timing, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done. The repair itself was not simple, but they handled everything with professionalism and skill, and had my Bronco back to me right on time. Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional, friendly, and trustworthy. It's hard to find a shop that you can really rely on, and I can confidently say this place has earned my trust. My Bronco looks and drives like new again, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a body repair shop that truly takes care of both you and your vehicle!

I was referred to this body shop by USAA, and this turned into one of the worst service experiences…read moreI've had. They had me sign a stack of paperwork full of fine print without clearly explaining key policies. Only after the repairs were done -- when I came to pick up my car -- did they tell me they do NOT accept credit cards. They demanded payment by cash, money order, or check only. That is completely unacceptable. Who expects customers to carry or produce a large amount of cash without any clear warning? There was no proper verbal explanation, no visible signage, and nothing highlighted before I signed. This feels intentionally misleading. When I asked to pay by credit card, they refused and hid behind the paperwork. Even worse, their attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful -- at one point it felt like they were laughing at us instead of helping resolve the issue. I also question why a business in 2026 would refuse all credit card payments and only accept cash, money orders, or checks. It raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. Because of this, I was forced to withdraw a large amount of cash, which is unsafe and unreasonable. This place has terrible communication, questionable business practices, and zero respect for customers. I will never return. I will also be reporting this to USAA for referring customers to a shop that operates like this. They should seriously reconsider who they partner with.
