There is another review saying they took advantage of someone's elderly mom. Taking advantage of people who don't understand tech is predatory and just plain gross. I purchased an Apple Watch from Apple.com and had it sent to my father so he could connect it at his local store. I had called the store in Seabrook to make sure this was okay, and they said it would be no problem. For whatever reason my Dad decided to go to this location in Hampton. When my Dad brought the watch in they would not connect it for him. He called me and put me on the phone with the manager. The manager told me that connecting the brand new cellular enabled Series 7 AppleWatch that I purchased could not be added to my Dad's account because it wasn't a Verizon compatible device. He said that when I purchased the watch I should have specified which carrier I would be using. Anyone who has ordered from Apple knows that they don't even ask for this information. Whether you buy from their website or a brick and mortar, they sell you the item and your carrier sets up a line and connects it to your account. I have since contacted both Apple and Verizon corporate who confirmed that there is no such thing as a carrier specific Apple product be it phone, tablet, or watch. While the manager said he couldn't connect the watch my father had in hand, he was more than happy to sell him a watch himself and urged my Dad to return the brand new device I had already purchased. The icing on the cake is that after I hung up the manager told my dad that I yelled at him. What a tactless thing for him to say to a customer. Not to mention totally untrue. I was firm and pushed back when he gave me incorrect information but I did not raise my voice or become abusive. Not even a little. Not only is that not my style but I understand how customer service works. People are much more likely to help you if you don't resort to hysterics so I always keep my cool. If he can't handle a customer politely pushing back on information that is patently untrue, then frankly he shouldn't be working in a public facing position. So I'm still not sure what happened here. Either this store is incompetent, or when an older man who doesn't understand tech comes in they see dollar signs. Either way, just go to another store. There's another one right down the road.

It's worth mentioning also what should be obvious from my comments above. The two comments from 2019 are unreasonable and contain false claims; in fact they demonstrate the patience and integrity of the 2U folks with a person who is clearly unreasonable and poorly informed. They should be removed. (In addition the one from "Abigail" shows every sign of being a fake, probably planted by the other writer.) It there is one thing everybody should know, the most important fact about the 2U folks is their unfailing integrity and commitment to the customer's satisfaction.

I brought my iPad here to replace a run of the mill cracked screen. They replaced it, but about 30%…read moreof the screen stopped responding to touch after. So I brought it back, they replaced it again but told me it still wasn't working, so they replaced the Home button. I picked it up and noticed the Home button didn't appear to "click" properly but ignored it, because I am an optimist. I shelved the iPad, as I only use it when traveling, but when I got it out to use it, the screen was coming off the iPad. See attached pictures. In the area where it was coming off the worst, the screen was cracked. It was pretty obvious to me that it was cracked because of the fact that it was slowly peeling off the iPad, as it hadn't been used, but I of course cannot prove that. So I reached out to Joe the owner, who said it's not covered because of the crack. In our text correspondence he used the phrase "Not looking to go 10 rounds with you." which I found amusing, that this business owner likens customer service to boxing.
