Called Wal-Mart warranty dept and they dispatched Denny & Sons to make the repair. They called the day before to let us know they were coming... we live on a ranch in a remote area. Gave them the address and directions. Sat at home waiting for them to come the day they said they would be here and received a call late in the afternoon from Denny, VERY Rude. saying he was not wasting anymore of his time trying to find our house and he was not coming since it would not show up on his GPS. He further said that he had already been on 4 repairs and he was not going to do ours. We could bring it to him but he wasn't coming... Further more, he said that they don't make enough money from Wal-Mart to make it worth his while, blah, blah, blah. It is sad that they have such poor customer service. I told them I would simply call Wal-Mart back, lodge a complaint about them and request another company come fix it. Denney's was fine with this and said ok. Buyer Beware... sounds like a very poorly run business and for sure, terrible customer service.
