He refused to give me his name and covered his name tag when I asked for his name. I was questioning a part of my 85 year old father in law's bill. He was billed for a "Synch" device that he did not know anything about. The device was on his bill, and we did find it still in the box with the seal unbroken. My in laws both do not drive not had/have cars. So why would they agree to the device? I truly believe they were frauds by the agent they dealt with when the got there phones and contract. The tall slender guy ( name unknown) immediately became defensive and said since I was claiming possible legal action due to fraud we had to leave immediately. A female, Tonia Dennis was very calm, polite and tried to be helpful. She made sure I had her card before we left. I give Tonia 5 Stars. I give her male associate 0 Stars.

I decided to try one more TMobile. I am so grateful that I did because Melissa and her team went out of their way to get me set up. I don't know what I would have done without their help. They took their time to listen to my concern and reached out to Sprint until my issue was resolved. Melissa's patience and professionalism saved the day. Todd from the Mooresville store really came through too on making sure I had an active working phone for my family. Thank you guys. I am making you my go to store.

Top to bottom this is a terrible poorly run business. I have loved TMobile at every other location I've been to and the service in general. This place LOVES to sell its customers $10 activation cards (that mysteriously can ONLY be paid in cash) that lock the customer in to whatever BS promo they're selling on that particular day. Only location I've ever been to that REQUIRES cash. I asked other T-Mobile stores about requiring cash and they refuted it, happily took cards. This specific location on two separate occasions added stuff to my account (like those $10 cards) mid-conversation without approval then in two separate visits I was told verbatim "we can't let you leave without buying that card, with cash". The first time I thought it was inappropriate, the second time was after the store had closed with the metal gate mostly closed and felt like KIDNAPPING. I have debated whether to seek legal council on the matter. Suffice to say I will NEVER go back in that store and would suggest no one else go either.

But 2 months later they just took a random payment out of my account unauthorized. I called them and spoke with a representative that confirmed that I did not have an account and I did not owe them anything. But still when I told her I wanted the money back she put me on hold for a very long time and come back on the line to say that there was nothing she could do about the unauthorized transaction that was taken out of my account. I recorded every single minute of the call. These people are absolute garbage. If you decide to cancel your service with them even if you're paid in full and own your own device. They will still take money out of your account, even with no authorization. This is complete garbage, I switched services because they just keep going up on my bill every month a little at the time until it was $96 a month for one phone, no hotspot. It's pathetic how they pray on the public if you switch your service. I suggest never getting caught up in their network. I wish I never would have started with them. They literally had the audacity to ask me if they could still use my data for other companies and products after the call. Never use this service I know I won't. I will get my money back. I did not even mean to give the one star rating, I accidentally hit it. They don't deserve that.

    After my phone case broke, I (of course) went all week without dropping my phone. The day before my…read morephone case arrived, you guessed it, I dropped my phone and it cracked. I definitely wasn't buying a new one, so I called New Again. The phone was answered promptly and with professionalism. The gentleman was knowledgeable and friendly and stated he could get my phone in today and have it completed in about 40 mins. I even called back to ask if they could also put in a battery and he didn't sound annoyed by my extra questions! This is a family business, which I love. The shop is small but bright and clean and the wife serves as the receptionist. Their son, I believe has a drink fridge in the business which I think is adorable. Be sure to like them on Facebook and check-in to get your 10% discount. The price I was quoted over the phone was reflected on my receipt and that's always a breath of fresh air. The screen protector was $20 (yes, it's cheaper on Amazon) BUT you get a discount on future purchases. My only suggestion would be to inform customers about parts. As I stated, I requested a new battery-but I'm not tech savvy so I didn't know it wasn't being replaced with an Apple battery. My phone now says that my battery isn't supported and can't give analytics and I don't get low battery warnings anymore. That's definitely not a deal breaker, it would have just been nice to know. I would definitely come back but hopefully not anytime soon!

I returned as instructed, but the problem was never resolved. When I came back again, for a minor scratch that shouldn't of warranted a whole new screen or any screen repair at all. the original failed repair caused it to be worsen. cant do nothing . insisted the glitching was from that. they tried to blame me and demanded full price, even though the glitch was clearly caused by their initial repair. Poor customer service, no accountability, and I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau.
