I came in and filled out some medical and personal paperwork Robin asked me some questions and I swear I was out of my seat and getting started in 5 minutes. She was wonderful explaining everything that was going to happen and why before. She told me it was going to be loud and last for an hour and i could not move at all. She asked about the temperature of the room for me. pillows my position, what radio station I wanted. It was obvious she really cared. Afterwards she brought me back to the tv room and showed me my whole back in the scan. OMG how freaking cool. She had a cd and the next morning I had a neurologist report on it. I dont want anyone to have to go here as its probably because something is wrong. But if you need any kind of medical scan this is for sure the place to do it. I might break my leg to go back :).... hehehe JK

Where do I even begin! Kim, the central manager discriminates against certain insurances! I had an…read moreMRI scheduled and she called the day before and left a message. I called her back, she tells me "they are not in network bc I'm in Omaha!" (which made absolutely no sense) And it's not approved but I can pay the full price of the MRI! Funny thing, I just had an MRI done at this same place less than 6 months ago and they were in network then! Lol! I knew Kim was lying to me bc of her shady answers, so I called my insurance as soon as I ended my conversation with her. My insurance verified that, Kim, NEVER even called for a pre-auth! I feel really bad for anyone who has been lied to by Kim for not having insurance that SHE approves of. It is definitely about the money and NOT about the care of patients.They don't even deserve 1 star...

This is a Lincoln, NE business that sent me a bill via sketchy text message from an unknown phone…read morenumber in Michigan asking me to follow the included link and enter payment information. Although the bill is legitimate, there was no forewarning to expect it from this particular Radiology group and certainly ridiculous to expect anyone to follow this link and enter financial information. I called to verify, got the bill paid and then spoke to Patricia who was defensive about my complaint.
