I brought in a worn, dirty car with mud and grit in the carpet, chocolate in the upholstery and yellow dog hair stuck to everything. I've spent hours cleaning up that hair with vacuum and brush in the past and couldn't get it all, I figured it was just part of the car now. He returned a car looking better than the dealer gave it to me. Not a hair to be seen, not a stain to be found, exterior spotless and gleaming. He even did a minor repair on the bumper I hadn't asked about. He also does repairs, and I'm bringing it back soon to have some engine work done because I trust his attention to detail. I was able to drop my truck on a Sunday night with the convenient night-drop-window. When my truck was ready, the site flashed my truck was ready for pickup.
