I had some scratches on my fender and bumper and was told T-Body was the best in the area…read more I called and was able to get an appointment in two months; a long time but they were exceptionally busy which is expected for a top-notch body shop. As the appointment neared, I received a text with a link to a repair status site - WOW! Love that I could see when the work was started and an estimate cost of all the work to be done. I was able to drop my truck on a Sunday night with the convenient night-drop-window. When my truck was ready, the site flashed my truck was ready for pickup. The truck was ready within the estimate repair timeline which was very appreciated. When I arrived, I was met with courteous smiles and chatty banter. I paid and received important instructions on washing my vehicle, etc. I truly appreciate the professionalism and exceptional work done on my truck bringing it back to looking like new. I highly recommend you use T-Body.

We just bought a van from Hilltop Auto, and found it was leaking transmission fluid the day after…read morewe brought it home. We took it to a local mechanic rather than driving it 20 miles back to Grafton. The repair cost $500, and despite having a 90-day 50/50 "warranty," they did not cover any of the cost. When we purchased the vehicle, it didn't have a spare tire. They told us if we brought it back to them, they'd get rid of the spare tire carrier underneath the van (that we won't be using) and finish the undercoating they'd started, and we could pick it up the next day. When we were told it wouldn't be finished when promised, we decided to just go ahead and get our van back. We DID receive a spare tire and a rim, but the tire is not mounted on the rim, so now we have an additional expense and inconvenience. These guys were so nice that my husband and I planned on purchasing cars from them for our two grandchildren. I'm grateful that we had this experience, because I don't want anyone treating them the way we were treated by Hilltop Auto.

I cannot say enough good things about this body shop. Shawn got my vehicle in for repairs…read moreincredibly quickly and made the entire process completely stress-free. He worked seamlessly with my insurance carrier, handling all the communication and details so I didn't have to worry about a thing. The turn around time for the repairs was incredibly fast, and my car looks good as new. What truly sets them apart is that Shawn went completely above and beyond - he actually fixed some additional damage on my car that wasn't related to my claim, and on top of that, he waived my deductible. You rarely see this level of generosity and customer service anymore. I highly recommend Shawn's Autobodyworks to anyone needing auto body work. They have earned my trust and future business!
