Two of us were not big on kraut but in this case cleaned the plate. For mains highly recommend the jäger schnitzel, the meatloaf and the cordon blue. For sides we had spatzel which is buttery pasta bits, potato dumpling which consisted of a fluffy starch ball, and traditional potato salad. Adding pork skin that's done right adds a crunchy texture and salty base to a sandwich, and it's a large reason why this is the best pork sandwich I've had since relocating to Germany. The bread is the typical white/French roll but it soaks up juices well. There was a line to get the sandwich, but it was efficient. Assuming you want something to-go, just walk up and tell them what you want. Most order the pork sandwich and you'll be eating after a very short wait. Unfortunately, I wanted to take a Schweine Haxe to-go but they said it wouldn't be ready for another 30 mins. Guess I'll need to come back.
