This is the closest auto part store to my house that carries a large stock of items and has good…read morehours. There is another store closer, but most of the time I have gone, they have been closed, so I stopped going... The other two big auto parts stores have locations on this street as well, all within a few blocks, but I constantly come here because they have been very helpful with finding parts, using the diagnosis tools, etc. They do stay fairly busy on the weekends, so you might have to wait a while to check out, or get help, but that is par for the course.

He stated that Auto Zone Store #6025 on I-55 Frontage rd Jackson , Ms . had what I was looking for . Once I got to Auto Zone on I-55 frontage rd . I was talking to the manager Kendral , I was telling him that I just had paid over $900 for parts to be put on my jeep ,. It was still overheating. And Letoya walks up . And we started talking . They stated that it sounds like my fan may not be working. I asked if they could come and tell me if they hear it when I crank my jeep up .? Thanks God they said yes ., They stated that the fan was working great . So they said the only other thing it maybe is your radiator, I stated that the shop said they flushed / changed Coolant Antifreeze.Kendral felt the hose going to the top of the radiator and told Latoya to feel it . They said it doesn't supposed to be this hard & hot . Latoya laid on the ground and felt the hose under the radiator and it was cold .. This is not how it supposed to be . This hose supposed to be hot too . So the Coolant is not going through your radiator at all .Im So Happy God Lead Me Too Auto Zone On I-55 frontage rd. I don't think neither of them are mechanics but they told me exactly what was going on . And I bought my radiator and got it put on in the lot in front of Auto Zone . My Jeep is fixed. And I wasn't charged $900 . I have too give them both Credit because they diagnosed my problem . They're a part store . I'm so happy they were willing to help

However, I knew after jumping my Jeep off and it not being able to hold battery I needed to go probably get a new battery. I got to the auto zone in Ridgeland off of 51 and Greg Jones was the man that helped me. Not only was he so kind and pleasant to talk to, he took the time to not only show me what was going on but to educate me on how to fix it... (for a man to take the time out of his day to educate a 26 year old little blonde girl about cars and how to's....that should tell you something right there)..... I know it isn't always a blast working on Holidays, but you wouldn't have ever known he didn't enjoy being there helping me. He was so informative and truly genuine the entire experience. I also, along with purchasing a new battery) went ahead and got new windshield wiper blades as well...... He took the time to show me how to take the old ones off and how to put my new ones on..... something most people would have just done the entire thing without holding conversation or even explaining what was going on. I never felt like an inconvenience or that I was bothering him with all my questions/ remarks..... he truly made my day of frustration.....better, just by being kind and friendly..... I have lived in the Jackson/ Madison area my entire life, and I know now that no matter where I live in this area, when I have a car issue or need something for my Jeep....even if its not the most convenient or closest.... Greg Jones ( as long as he is working there) at the Ridgeland Auto Zone is the person I want helping me. You never know how you will change someone's day, but Greg sure changed mine in a positive way... so all I have to say is Thank You, it did not go unnoticed and was much appreciated!

Title company incorrectly, forged my name on the title, which the state of Alabama would not…read moreaccept. Not to mention it took them almost 6 weeks to clear the title with the state of Mississippi. Altogether it took me 2 1/2 months to get it registered, and by then I already had two tickets in the state of Alabama. Also they overshot the taxes by almost $1300 and ripped me off. Do not buy a truck here.

I took my car to firestone on hwy 80 jackson ms for a front end alignment. it was the worst thing…read moreever. my car was pulling so bad til I couldn't even hold it in road. they said it needed tires, I replaced the tires and it was still doing the same thing. had my granddaughter been driving it and something happened to her, I would owe that place and close it down. because fireston not doing a good job.

I don't know what I would have done yesterday if I did not call Firestone…read more I realized I had the hugest nail sticking out of my tire at 4:36p on Sunday and had to find a tire shop to drive out of state. I first went to Mavis Tires & Breaks at 4:40p and they said they could not take any more people, although it was def time before closing so immediately called Firestone. I've had my car serviced there before so I was praying that they would serve me since I'm not from Mississippi. When I called Alex answered and I told him the situation. Although he said it was 2 cars in front and I may have to leave my car overnight, he suggested to bring it by because maybe it was a simple plug When I arrived at 4:46p, Alex took a look at tire and def recommend a new one, surprisingly they had my size in stock and he was soo understanding of me not being from Mississippi then added me to the roster for the quick fix . Although there were 2 cars ahead of me, they pulled big red in at 4:53p and got me out by 5:10p. I am sooo appreciative that the team stayed over 5pm to assist me and was fast, efficient and so reliable. Without Alex and the Firestone team I would not have made it to Atlanta for my flight . Firestone is definitely my #1 go to! I will not waste time with any other tire service. The fact they took me as one of the last customers of the day on a SUNDAY completely made my dayyyyy.
