I brought my car in for a radiator fixed when my jeep was overheating and the owner was honest, quick, and didn't try to upsell me on things. We recently had our daughter"s first car give us some mechanical issues and we knew exactly where to take it. Even though he was busy, he took her car, took videos of the issues, and was honest and upfront about the price. He showed us the broken parts and kept us updated with the progress. His prices are reasonable and great customer service. When we moved here we didn't know where to find an honest and reliable mechanic it seems we have now and we will be recommending him to our friends and family. read more

The radiator (original) on my 21 year old Subaru sprung a massive leak while driving not long before the shop closed for the day. The owner was great about sticking around after closing until the tow truck delivered my car. The next business day he got the part in and made the repair. I wasn't able to get to the shop to pick up the car before they closed, and gratefully he was willing to hold the car for yet another night. His price was great, and his service prompt. This place is truly horrible. They do not care about the well-being of your vehicle. Any little problem you have they'll find any reason to keep your vehicle there. They knew I just bought a car (rare) and I just wanted to add Freon for my long drive. They insisted for me to leave my car there when it takes less than 7 minutes to add freon in. 4 men vs one girl . Literally harassment. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! The whole plaza is a joke. read more

We brought my husband's truck here a few months ago with an issue and Radiator King flushed the radiator and repaired some piping and it was very reasonable. A few months later we had any different, worse problem with the radiator - the truck has 240k miles. Initially they thought it would need 2 new head gaskets, new radiator, new water pump. But a 10 days later they call us to pick it up and said he saved us a lot of money (already his quote was half of what the dealership was wanting to charge). Ended up not needing the head gaskets which saved us nearly $1600 off the original quote. I really appreciated how honest he was and definitely recommend Radiator Kings! We are planning on bringing my car here in the next couple months for breaks which again were quoted to us at half the price of the dealership. read more

Beware. The mechanic right away decided we needed a new radiator. We had it exchanged. That same day we had the check engine light. Took it back to him, says no issues found. Took the vehicle for a short 10 minute errand a few days later, had to get it towed home. Found a puddle under where it was parked. Smelled like antifreeze. Took it back to him. Charged more for what he says was a broken part unrelated to the radiator replacement. $200 more later and our ac doesn't work now. Don't take your car there! read more

dropped off my radiator on a Tuesday, I called on Thursday to ask for a status and was Informed that they wouldn't start working on the radiator until I make a deposit. This wasn't agreed upon however I still decided to follow through. I made a $100 deposit that same day after we agreed on a total price of $450( including the deposit) , i was told that it would be done the following week by Friday. Friday comes I'm ready to pay my $350 balance and was told that it was $450. After arguing back and forth about the price I said fine here's your 450 for a total price of $550 (including the $100 deposit). The owner told me he would discount $50 if I decided to pay and not get a receipt, I though it was unethical amd asked him what difference would it make, he responded with "if you don't want that discount it's fine but if I don't give you a receipt I would still honor your 18 month warranty."... yea right how am I supposed to trust you after the fast one you just pulled on me. Initially decided to go with these guys because I was referred to them by another shop here in the AV as well as other people that had work done. I usually don't write reviews but I do not take dishonest business very lightly. I will not take my business here ever again and believe me I will ensure that anyone looking to get radiator work done does not come here. If you decide to go don't say I didn't warn you. read more
