I'll be honest - I made more than 1 u-turn getting to the new spot, which is only directly accessible going northbound on Independence. If you're traveling south, you have to make u-turn. And if you miss it going north, you may have to make several. Now that I know where it is, I won't miss it again! Look for the red State Farm sign at the entrance to the professional center before turning in. I do really like this new spot which is solely for EA Esthetics. The entrance is lovely and welcoming, with beautifully-displayed retail merchandise to browse while you wait for your esthetician. It seems like an overwhelming selection of serums, lotions, washes, etc. but you will get an expert-recommendation after a consult with Emily or the other staff. On this visit, I was taken back for my treatment right at my appointment time. Amanda was kind enough to make sure I was comfortable before beginning - I was in for a long haul (2+ hours!). About halfway through treatment, I got chilly and she had a cozy blanket ready for me. She explained each step of the process so I knew what to expect and I was so happy with the results. I was a little scared at how dark my brows were initially, but as promised, they lightened to a perfect tint within a couple of days. Their website is so easy to use for booking and gives a detailed description of service and prices. For both my brows and lashes, it cost over $200, but this definitely seems to be competitive with other VB spas. I was incredibly happy with my results and will return for touch-ups, as recommended, in a few weeks. I have had a great experience each time I have been in and highly recommend Emily and Amanda for any skincare need!

This review is overdue, but it needs to be done…read more Long story short, a few years ago when masks were mandatory, I knew very little about skincare and how to treat my skin. Understanding my skin is oily, but not understanding what that means and what products I needed, I began to get cystic acne. This left HORRIBLE scarring. I did multiple rounds of microneedling (3) and multiple rounds of Opus (2) , with only some progress with my skin - and they were painful procedures + horrible downtime. Fast forward to the beginning of Summer 2025. I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel at the beginning of the summer. I expressed my concerns, and listened to her recommendations; Three rounds of super injector microneedling. I was pleasantly surprised when Rachel told me what to expect and what the down time looks like. I started my first session in June, then again in July and lastly in August. I moved overseas in September, so time was of the essence! Downtime was almost none. Pain? None. I didn't even use numbing cream, that's the best part! During the appointment, Rachel used products to prep my skin both BEFORE and AFTER the microneedling. The first session I actually fell asleep, and i'm so grateful that Rachel didn't mind my snoring!! So knowledgeable, professional, kind, and truly passionate about her work. I'm not sure any other esthetician will top this, for me. I'll be sure to come back any chance I get to visit home. She was a soft medium on my scalp. In the end they're supposed to blow dry your hair but neither my girl or my sisters were fully dried. We ended up walking out in the freezing cold with wet hair which I wasn't too happy about because I had told my girl earlier that I had a treatment on my hair a few months back that if left wet creates a negative smell so it must be completely dried. She had told me this wouldn't be an issue. When my girl tried to show me my scalp in the end, the machine kept turning off and she just said she was sorry and it was already acting up earlier in the day. So who knows the results.
