The day of my massage I drive across town to the location and entered, there was no one around. Shortly after entering, a young girl came out of a room and asked the reason for my visit. I told her about my appointment and who it was with and she assured me the person I'm booked with is just "running over" on a current appointment and I can wait for her in the lobby. I waited, A HALF HOUR before receiving a call from the massage therapist, stating she no longer even worked there and doesn't know why they would've booked her. The very next day, Jason performed my first adjustment. Knowing that I was a newbie and a little nervous, he took his time and explained things thoroughly.
