Additionally, I have an aversion to "cracking bones". But, after years of being in constant pain, x-rays, SI injections (which helped a bit for a short period of time), physical therapy, I was out of options and had become more debilitated that I had even realized. The pain when I moved, slept, tried to walk, etc., was starting to affect my life, my weight, my mental well-being. When my neighbor suggested trying her great chiropractor, who had helped her with similar pain...again, I was slightly reluctant...but...I thought what have I got to lose?
