While, admittedly, I was looking at a physical spa experience in a surrounding that was peaceful and calm I believe they might be in the midst of doing some remodeling? I had an amazing facial and organic eye treatment by Casey and she was really great. She was very experienced, took great care and delivered a refreshing facial that I would definitely do again! I was then walked over to the nail salon where they do massage. (hence my comment about not the physical surrounding I was expecting) I had a 90 min hot stone massage with Sara and let me tell you ... in the 30+ years I have had massages - Sara blew everyone away! It was the most amazing experience I have ever had! Many times with hot stone massage it's seems the hot stones are used as an obligatory 10-20 min but Sara incorporated them throughout and it was incredible. I can't quite explain with words what made this so wonderful - it was clear that she was the art of massage, she wasn't just going thru rote motions. She was detailed and methodical and thorough and caring. I wish I could find the right words but I tell you I will be looking her up every chance I get to Albuquerque. I checked Yelp and read the only review for Derma Dolce and knew that it is hard to please everyone's expectations and to also be realistic, so I scheduled my appt with Jacqueline, via her assistant who said, they request all clients pay a $50 deposit which would be applied to my services. No problem, most owners who are comfortable in charging ahead stand by their work. My first visit, I thoroughly explained with photos to Jacqueline how I wanted them to look from, getting rid of old Charcoal Grey color and change the shape as well as thicken them up, she made it clear to me, that this was going to be a long process and sometimes with refilling old permanent cosmetic tattoo it is difficult to achieve Micro-Blading, however she could guarantee a better shape & color. Thank the Heavens & Jacqueline for being my Eyebrow Goddess, as she literally performed a miracle working on my eyebrows.
