The tech just lays you down and starts doing stuff without really asking or confirming with you what you want, and explaining to you whether she will be using a rod, or a shield, or nothing (in my case). No, she just used a flat silicone mold that provides a look as if you just had bent your lashes with a cheap eyelash curler. At the end she just tells me to bring a photo next time, why didn't you ask me for it before starting -_-. I wrote in their intake form "natural" look, this is sooo not natural.

He has reappeared a couple of times, texting out of the blue with some bs excuse, says he wants to schedule the second appointment, then ghosts again. I hate that this POS has my art, and that I trusted him to come through as a professional. Furthermore- he made sure to me to mention his "Vaginal Toning Wand" both times while he was working on me.
