All of the teachers are amazing and the owner, Kerry is kind and compassionate to everyone who walks through her door. Not only has Kerry created a relaxing and tranquil space to practice yoga, she has created a sanctuary for all to celebrate and honor your mind and body no matter your shape, size, age or activity level. There is a wide variety of classes, from a slow flow "feel grounded" to a more pilates based "feel strong" and each of the teachers bring a different flavor to each class. Kerry is always thinking of new experiences to bring to the studio and connect with her fellow community members through partnerships, workshops and special events. Not only does she host yoga based classes and events but she has expanded to sound bathing, reiki, massage, tarot reading and so much more! I've never been the type of person to broaden my horizons and try new activities such as these, but Kerry and the YogaLee community makes me feel comfortable enough to give them a whirl. I spent most of my time in the Sun Room on the third floor, lounging on the extra large double couch chair in front of the wall sized windows. The silence, the occasional breeze and glorious light shining through filled the space and my being with enormous peace. As to value, it's unbeatable if you visit from open to close which includes access to everything (3 meals, all daily classes and events, grounds access, etc) for the entire day. The awesome thing about the cost is the special pricing for local residents! Can't wait to get back soon!

We ended up getting a one month membership but appreciated the other options including day passes, weekly, etc. Made it incredibly useful for someone here for only a short time when most gyms require long commitments, etc. Facility itself was great. Was very clean and we were able to replicate our regular gym routine from back home and not fall behind while on vacation.

There's just too many places in the area with high prices and then they add 20% mandatory tip on top of that. This place is the real deal, just try it once and you'll know what I mean. AND after your treatment you can go around the block to Six Depot for great food and great people.

Had a visit with Karden a few weeks ago for persistent knee and foot pain…read more I did not get help with either, instead the visit went in an unusual way. Karden explained that in his opinion many chronic aches and pains were tied to unresolved past trauma. Here's the thing: I'm sure there something to what he's saying and Karden and he feels very strongly about this because he has experienced it for himself. Perhaps a deep dive in past trauma gains relief for some folks with chronic pain. After feeling my knee and foot he declared that there was nothing wrong with either. After leaving his office the pain continued. Thankfully was able to visit my former PT at Berkshire Physical Therapy and Wellness where I would have gone first had I been able to get an earlier appointment. My knee healed on its but was aggravated and as for my foot, it is a mechanical issue based on the way of walk plus recent weight gain that exacerbated it. The PT offered me clear cut ways to help resolve the issues and they are working! I think Karden means well but now that he's a "believer" in past trauma he seems to view other people's problems through the same lense, and in my case completely missed the mark. It's too bad because it was an extremely expensive visit and I feel it was money wasted. I would strongly hesitate to recommend this place.
