I could have walked in and had a session that moment, but I opted to schedule it for the future, which I have now completed. The sauna rooms are super small and private, with only a video guide. For me this is great, because I get nervous around other people. Make sure to hydrate well before your first trial or you'll suffer a bit. The app is awesome, unlocks the door and schedules everything. There seem to be lots of incentives to go often and get fit.

I've already contacted my bank about it, but it was upsetting to receive such poor customer service from a company I spent hundreds of dollars on. I'm a college student, and I joined hoping to invest in a nice workout studio. Instead, I often felt mistreated. I would show up to classes excited, but most of the time the front desk staff would completely ignore me. Other members were greeted with "hello, welcome back!" while I was met with dirty looks when I walked in. I tried to brush it off at first, but it became increasingly frustrating. On top of that, classes were constantly canceled at the last minute. With a busy college schedule, I specifically booked early classes, only to receive cancellation emails less than 24 hours beforehand. When I tried to reschedule, the remaining classes were completely booked for the week. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and upsetting. After looking at other reviews, it's clear I'm not alone. Take this as a warning before signing up here. Really disappointing experience with this Club Pilates.
