I'm not familiar with the names of piercings, so I just brought in a couple of photos and they helped me decide which piercing would be best for my ear and helped me pick out a cute set of gems for it too! My seven year old niece had been wanting her ears pierced for over a year, but always got too scared to go through with it. The "spa" piercing place was intriguing enough to at least get her through the door. Kari talked her through the process. Remi explained everything to my sister and got my niece excited about picking out cool earrings. Finally, we made it in the private room and Allen did a great job of putting her at ease and making the actual piercing quick and easy. My niece said he was "very professional" and no tears! I took my daughter and her friend for a nose piercing yesterday. Mask requirements were in place and strictly followed. The woman who explained the process was extremely professional and personable. Since my daughter and her friend were the only two customers in the store at the moment, they received attention from all the employees, who showed a variety of jewelry, but didn't try to up-sell. Once they took the girls back, the piercer was compassionate and explained each step of the process. The piercing was fast and excellently executed. The girls love their nose studs. Came in originally for some assistance on changing my rook piercing & walked out with a new piercing lol! After looking at my rook the piercer (don't remember her name) said it's best to wait on changing it because I had some irritation to it from sleeping on it. I appreciate how informative she was! My experience at Radiance Piercing was deeply disappointing. I was going through a tough time following the loss of my child due to my girlfriend's miscarriage. To cope and honor my child's memory, I wanted to get a piercing with their birthstones in my ear. I had successfully done this before with the help of Ryan, the shop's owner. However, when I attempted to contact Ryan this time, I couldn't reach him.I ended up having another piercer do the job, and I wasn't entirely satisfied with the result. Additionally, I requested to witness the sterilization process, as Ryan had allowed me to do so in the past, but this request was not accommodated. Feeling upset and disappointed, I made multiple calls to the store seeking assistance or even a chance for Ryan to fix the piercing. Unfortunately, my calls went unanswered.To my surprise, I eventually received a call from Ryan himself, but it was far from the response I had expected. He appeared threatening and unwelcoming, which shocked me because I had known Ryan as a good person for a long time. I spent over $140 on two piercings, and something had gone terribly wrong. I'm still experiencing issues with my piercings, and the shop has refused to provide any guidance or assistance.I'm at a loss for what to do in this situation. I even wrote a review on Google, and he rebutted it by claiming I had left three other reviews, which is untrue. I only left one review and deleted any other review that Ryan mentioned. All I was asking for in my Google review was an honest apology, but he responded by saying that the loss of my child was made up and that I needed help.It's been a year and a half since I lost my child and a year since I visited Radiance Piercing, and all I wanted was help with my ear troubles. This is an honest review of what happened and is still happening due to the responses I received from Ryan. I believe he is a very selfish and uncaring person who should not be in the business he's in if he does not want to provide proper customer service.I will allow him to respond, but if he doesn't, I'm seriously considering getting a lawyer involved. I really don't need to revisit my loss and all of this over one person's failure to provide customer service. I went with a friend today to get her nose pierced for the 1st time and I got mine done for the 2nd. Everyone at this establishment were amazing! We just walked in and they were able to get us in within 10min. They did an amazing job of helping us pick our not only our piercing jewelry but helped us pick out other body jewelry as well. They truly made us feel comfortable. You can tell they all love what they do because the entire atmosphere of the shop was so fun! My mom and I got our ears double pierced and Radiance did such a good job! The woman at the counter was so polite, knowledgable, and accommodating and walked us through everything (both hadn't had piercings for many many years). Everything was very clean and neat we felt very comfortable, especially with COVID protocols. I have been considering getting my conch pierced for several months, but I hesitated to do so because I have extremely sensitive ears. I have to wear 14k gold jewelry or purer to prevent irritation, even some stainless steel bothers me. I had a friend who took her daughter to see Ryan to get her nose done and the dtr (also has allergies) had no trouble with her piercing. She gave me the info and I was so impressed that I could find a professional website for this business. Also, it put me at ease that the website mentioned hypo-allergenic jewelry. I finally took the dive and went to see them. Ryan and very nice lady (the jeweler) were so pleasant and easy to work with. Neither of them cared that I just walked in without an appointment. They answered all my questions about their metals, allergies, medical concerns in regards to piercing etc. They even discussed with me what things I would need to look for in an allergy reaction to a conch piercing. In the end I was so impressed and put at ease that I did go ahead and get my piercing done. I have zero regrets and I have had zero trouble with my jewelry. No allergy, nothing. I am actually planning to go back with my friend the end of the month to have her nose done and I am debating on getting another myself. If I could give more stars than 5 I would in a heartbeat! I have very sensitive skin and allergic to most metals so when I wanted to change my tragus earring I was starting to stress about where to go and who to trust. I also wanted to repierce my ears, yes at 30 years old I am repiercing my ears, because they had be botched years before and my current ears look like a battlefield from tiny needle holes. I called, quick answer and super friendly, just to make sure I could just walk in. Their jewelry selection was/is incredible. Danity and great quality. They helped me pick out exactly what I was envisioning. Ryan did my piercing and earring change, this dude is AWESOME!!! Legit, I left there feeling like we had just become best friends.
