She was condescending, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in even the basic details of my situation. Rather than showing professionalism or empathy, she spoke to me in a way that made me feel belittled and unwelcome -- a stark contrast to the level of courtesy I expected from a reputable law office. First impressions matter, and based on this experience, I would strongly caution others to think twice before contacting this firm. A law office that allows its staff to treat potential clients this way speaks volumes about its internal culture and respect for the people seeking legal help. Not to mention that when I asked for my free legal consultation, you'd have thought I was asking for free representation.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Benjamin Herbst. From the very…read morebeginning, he was highly strategic in how he approached my case and kept his focus on securing the best possible outcome -- ultimately achieving a dismissal. He demonstrated incredible patience with me, answering every one of my many questions and ensuring I felt informed and supported throughout the process. One of the things I valued most was his communication style. While he didn't always text or email back immediately, he always called me by the end of the day. Every conversation showed he had carefully read and considered what I shared, as he would bring it back up in future discussions. That level of attentiveness and follow-through meant a great deal to me, and was of great value to me. Because of his strategy, responsiveness, and dedication, I received the best outcome I could have hoped for. I highly recommend Benjamin Herbst to anyone in need of legal representation, and I am truly grateful for his guidance and hard work.

I am in possession of a check from HUD, which I can't deposit to my account in Florida without a Florida-approved statement certifying me as her representative. My bank needs this certification before they can open up an Estate in my mother's name. At the time of her death, I was told by a family member that there was no need and that there was no estate. That was a lie. She had a checking, a savings, and a home. The home has been settled. The money has not been accounted for. I need the "certificate" to open an estate for her in Florida to deposit this check. Resolution pending. It has been two years since her death.
