I also love the Highs gas station nearby, but that's another story. :) They are great for quick and easy tax preparation, financial consulting, IRAs, 401K rollovers, etc... I can handle doctors, dentists, needles and even surgery, but financial advisors give me the willies. Yes, he did return emails and was willing to make many appointments to speak via zoom, but in those conversations he gave very generic advice about diversification and investing in retirement, etc etc -- the type of advice you could read off any generic website with absolutely no insight into my actual situation despite my giving him access to all of my financial information. The only specific advice I ever got was to move my retirement account under his management where he charged 1.4%. Very dissapointing.
