I accepted her quote told her what days were best. the week of May 11 came and went , I have not heard from her or seen her.....guess she didn't have the decency to tell me she didn't want to do the job . not very professional . I will not be using her services ever and will pass on my experience with her to my friends.

Natalie was great with correspondence before during and after the job, she sent after photos when she was finished as I was still at work and I was amazed! These carpets had some tough stains and I was unsure if any kind of shampooing job could tackle them, but Natalie got it done! Her price was more than reasonable for the quality of work she did.
