I did get them shortly thereafter, along with the bill for the balance of the payment. They did not waste any time generating that! The thing is, the documents were obviously generated by a wills program and there should not have been such a long delay. Moreover, the documents were not complicated. If you are military/retired/entitled to JAG services, go to your JAG office, it will take less time, cost you nothing, and you get the same documents. Due to a recent sizable inheritance, I will need to do a special needs trust and other instruments in the near future but I will be finding a more responsive attorney/firm to handle them.

She hired a contractor to make cosmetic renovations to prepare the house for sale. The house looked amazing! We felt reassured having a lawyer as a real estate broker to go over all the documents of the sale. Everything was explained in phone calls and emails. Even though we live in another state we had complete peace of mind and total trust and confidence in Suren's handling of the property. I cannot say enough good things about the Adams Law Office and Adams Realty firms. It's clear to me, from our personal experience, that both firms, under the leadership of Suren Adams, strive for excellence and are very attentive to their clients needs.
