I followed every guideline. I showed up to rebuild myself. But the moment I asked staff to explain how late fees were hitting my account even with backup funds available, I was suddenly labeled a "policy violator" and terminated without warning. Four days after they drafted my $41 annual fee. And that's just the surface. This location has been rotting from within for years: Showers clogged with hairballs for days. Freezing cold water for years, now suddenly scalding. Broken soap dispensers never fixed. Shower curtains rarely replaced. Changing booths left filthy. No night cleaning. Staff leave early and shut things down before close. The front desk? Robotic, detached, fake cheer on autopilot--no connection to health, just control and a paycheck. It's all empty posturing. Planet Fitness sells itself as a "Judgement-Free Zone," but that's a lie. The judgment is constant--you just don't hear it until they decide you're inconvenient. If you're silent and compliant, you're fine. If you ask questions, challenge dishonesty, or expect basic decency--they'll boot you and keep your money. This location doesn't need a remodel. Staff hours are limited and you must come in before they leave to sign up. The doors are locked if staff is not there and only members can access the gym. Though this gym is smaller than what I'm used to, it has the equipment to get the job done! Squat racks, smith machine, free weights, TRX, cardio machines, and cables to name a few. In my opinion, it was not crowded at 6:30pm. Back home, 24 Hour Fitness gets annoyingly crowded from 3pm-9pm, so I thoroughly enjoyed being able to use whatever machines I wanted here without waiting! The gym appeared clean and I noticed that most people were wiping down machines with the provided wet wipes. There is a vending machine with water, Bang energy drinks and others. You can also fill your own water bottle at the filtered water station by restrooms. Lockers (bring your own locks) and cubbies are available for use.

My dog is regularly groomed, and I've never had this issue with any other groomer. He was dropped off at 9 AM, and I received a call at 4 PM that he was ready--seven hours later! When I picked him up, his haircut was incomplete and uneven, yet I was still charged $110. This level of service is unacceptable. Petsense needs to provide better training or hire more experienced groomers. This is how my dog looked after leaving, totally unacceptable.
