This gym is big, fully equipped and not too busy. The cardio room kind of sucks because it's in a windowless spot but, there are TV's. We bodybuild so I didn't try the group fitness. Clean locker rooms, lockers work, water available - seems fresh. Staff is friendly, there is a nice private parking lot...it's about a 7 minute drive to the nearest juice bar. That was definitely not the case on 9/1/26. An employee whose name tag was obscured confronted me and accused me of sharing my membership with other people. Instead of actually taking a second to verify my account or check my identity, she forced me to take a new picture for my profile. To make matters worse, she was completely condescending the entire time--all while wearing a fake smile. To be publicly accused of account sharing and condescended to after a decade of loyalty completely ruined my comfort level here. Management needs to address how their desk staff treats members.

I tried physical therapy after each surgery but feel I have gotten more from Pilates. I honestly feel that if it was not for Ellen's individual program for my body needs, I would probably be using a walker. Instead, I am able to walk 2 miles a day, garden and have complete mobility.
