Our experience was very disappointing. We were repeatedly pressured to schedule window washing and an exterior house wash. We finally booked the service and were very disappointed. We were told the job would take approximately four hours and that all window screens would be replaced after cleaning.
I came home from work early to check on the progress, only to find the worker packing up as I arrived. He had been on the job for approximately two and a half hours.
Unfortunately, the work was incomplete. The second-story window sills were still dirty, there were several large spots on the siding that had not been cleaned, and additional spiderwebs and dirty areas remained. When I pointed these issues out, the worker looked at them but essentially said there was nothing he could do. The second-story window sills were not cleaned, and the screens were not replaced as promised.
For the price charged, I expected a thorough, professional job and for the company to address any areas of concern. Instead, I received incomplete work and little willingness to correct the problems.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience. The service was overpriced, the job was only partially completed, and the concerns I raised were not adequately addressed. read more
