We hired Pristine Pro to clean our windows. The bid seemed high but they said it included cleaning…read morescreens and sills. In addition to our exte windows they were also cleaning the class on our french doors and lighted cabinets, and vacuuming our interior soffit. Mixed result. Everyone was very nice and polite and the basic window cleaning was great. However, the crew was young and didn't seem to have a clear plan on who was doing what which is possibly why things were not done. Attention to detail was lacking. Several sills were not wiped at all including a couple where there were even dead flies left behind. One of the glass cabinets was completely missed. Furniture that was moved to access the glass was not put back. There was even a disagreement between two of the workers with one suggesting the other was just standing around. Kind of felt they didn't care so much about the quality of their work and there was obvious no checks done to make sure everything had been done much less done well. I reached out via email including attaching photos but received no response. Invoice was sent via email 10 days later with no reflection of adjustment for missed work. Would'nt hire them again.

They took the screens to have them repaired and stated they would bring them back in a week. Two months later still no screens and they have not been out to restrain the affected shakes! I have made several attempts to contact them by phone and by email with no success! At this point I just what my damaged screens back or pay for replacements as replacements are not cheap! Since they haven't responded to any of my attempts I am not very hopeful this will be resolve. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer service! I would not recommend them.

Wow. Just wow. Russell Zimmerman has serious issues and Imma pray for him…read more Last week, my husband and I stopped in to Nationwide based on a recommendation from our contractor. We already had flooring in mind and they had the exact style we wanted. The store is incredibly small so the 3 customers in the store working with salespeople made me feel like a sardine stuffed in an undersized tin can. Anywho...one of the salespeople found a moment and really that's all we needed her for since we knew exactly what we wanted. We showed her what it was and asked for a quick estimate based on the overall area of our kitchen (which is obviously an overshot based on cabinets and whatnot). She gave us the estimate and set up a time to come out and do exact measurement for a more accurate quote. Great. The gal showed up for the measurements, took them and was on her way in a timely manner. 5 days later we received the email with the estimate based upon her measurements. As I'm looking over the estimate I see that it's higher than the original "over-estimate" based on the total area. I also see her original note says the price is 6.50/sf and the new "official" estimate now has a price of 7.75/sf. Naturally I reply to the email questioning this information and asking for an explanation for the discrepancy. I wondered if I was dealing with inexperience, a con job or just a lack of communication. Wellllll...moments after sending my reply email, I get a call from Russ, who introduces himself as the owner. Great! I am about to get an intelligent explanation and gain some understanding! No. Not at all. Russ straight up just started demeaning me, asking me "How long have you professionally installed flooring?" What?! I immediately put him on speaker phone (since I couldn't finish a sentence) so my husband could hear this man. We stared at each other, eyes and mouths wide open. He literally went on and on, around and around, basically saying the same thing again and again and yet not explaining the discrepancy. Within 2 sentences of my call, I absolutely knew we would NEVER give our business to this company. He may be used to scamming innocent unknowing folks, but I am not one to take it without question lying down. No Sir. Not today or any day Russell Zimmerman. I have kept my personal opinions on Holly (the lady that helped us) out of this thus far, but from meeting her in the store I had doubts on her experience and I felt uneasy about her knowledge (or lack thereof). My husband and I both wondered after our initial meeting in the store if she had been drinking...seriously...she reeked of booze, but I was willing to shrug that off and told myself maybe she was chewing some weird gum that was causing the smell. But either way, she did not leave me feeling confident or sure of any part of the situation. I honestly wondered if she even knew how to measure. I guess my intuition was spot on and I should have moved on after 1st walking into that store. Anyways...I wish you luck should you choose to give these folks your hard-earned money.
