This office was completely unfair and unreasonable in the way they calculated what amount they would refund me. I had amounts and numbers to back up my claim and they would not listen to me and the lady on the phone hung up on me. The office was unfair, rude and very unreasonable in figuring out an amount to refund me for the amount of work that was left to be done on our braces. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking in Springfield, IL.

Jessica has a "let's make life better" philosophy. She doesn't overwhelm with her vast knowledge…read morein how that can be accomplised. She proves it through action. I am a believer in her laser light treatments. She has worked on several areas of my "aging" body and given me relief. Examples:( 2 major ones first) 1st: my tooth, I was headed to the orthodontist for a scheduled root canal. One of us (either Jess or myself) mentioned let's try the lasers. I was in pain before the 5 minute (+) treatment . Immediately the pain was lessened substantially. After another treatment, the pain was GONE. The inflamation/infection causing the pain, GONE. To this day, months if not a year, the tooth is good, no root canal. 2nd example, more recently: visited a orthopedic doctor about a pea size object on my right wrist; ganglion cyst. We scheduled surgery. But the usual inner "voice" that nudges me when in doubt said to call Jessica first. Set up a session with the green and red lasers, 5 minutes. This was on a Sunday, Aug. 11. On Wednesday, Aug 14th I was touching the wrist, feeling for that little cyst, as I often did, and to my amazement, felf no cyst. It was GONE to my touch. Side note here: Due to busy lives, I have not been back for a follow up treatment but will do so. The cyst is not showing it's ugly head, but I am beginning to feel it when certain movements are made. Jessica will zap that needless, intrusive bugger back to nothingness. Surgery canceled. I always give glory to God and I thank him for putting Jessica/BEC Integrative Wellness in my path, in many other's paths, as well. 2 words: GOD SEND

This was a really wonderful experience best transportation service I ever had! Dependable,…read morededicated, honest, conscientious. This company has it all! Great owner, great dispatching by one of the best customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with! The drivers were all very safe, clean, well spoken, I have been transported before this company and also afterward and not any of them could compare to this company! If there was anything I could have done for this company, a great review is not even close to what I wish I could do for them. My medical transportation was a very long trip for the team! Just reaching my door was a long ride. 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday) for several months. Auto Pro Taxi dedicated over 425 miles to maintain my medical needs and without their perseverance and dependability, I seriously would not be alive today. Thank you to the great people working in Jacksonville, IL!!!! You all are in my thoughts! It was very hard trip with long hours for my medical needs and Auto Pro Taxi was there with me every step of the way! From the phone calls, management of scheduling and payments; to my insurance company! Auto Pro Taxi made great strides to provide me life changing medical care that has definitely saved my life! If you need any kind of transportation, Auto Pro Taxi, is the 1st choice for anyone that wants to ensure they have transportation without worrying if they will show up or not come back to get you. APT stays with you, to ensure your safety! This was very important, considering I'm a 36 yr old woman weighing 110 lbs! Unsafe situations waiting on a driver to come back while I stand outside, in very cold weather, during that time of year!! If I lived closer to Jacksonville I would still be using Auto Pro Taxi to this day! Unfortunately, they are 2+ hrs away from me so my insurance shopped around for bargain resources in my area! Inevitably, leaving me standing outside a closed facility, 3 degrees, for 30 minutes while I waited for the driver to come back from a gas station that was not even a mile away. He was informed that he could just drive through this very large parking lot and find the station behind a large building and would not even need to drive into the roadway!! He did not respond to my calls to ensure he could and would be returning or was capable of finding his way back! Those are the moments that would NEVER occur while using Auto Pro Taxi!!!! Every single day, every single trip, every single time! Safe, fun, appropriate conversation, genuine hard-working people that make this company the number ONE medical transportation company in the Jacksonville area!!!!! I miss you all and hope you have wonderful reviews to come!!!! My best wishes to all of your team! Stacy of Effingham
