Missy is a talented esthetician and addressed all of my facial skin concerns, even spending time checking for possible skin concerns that should be addressed with a dermatologist. The facial and neck massage were so relaxing and the results to my face were incredible for brightening, smoothing, and toning. There was a remarkable improvement in fine lines, uneven coloring and appearance of pores. My skin felt brand new, soft, and shiny. Missy also took the time to explain how to use a new skin care line I purchased for home use and it's keeping my skin fresh like the day of the facial. I can't wait for my next appointment.

The haircut was a typical haircut, nothing abnormal there; however, the eyebrow wax was a nightmare. Given I do have sensitive skin, this has never happened before. It was very painful. No lotion, aloe, or even rubbing was done after each wax pull, something that every waxer I have ever had has done before. I believe it helps sooth the pain and helps the burns not intensify. My face and eyebrows were red for DAYS! I had to try and cover it up with makeup, but then it started to try and heal by peeling over- yuck! Everyone was staring at it and asking what had happened- how embarassing, glasses couldn't even cover it. I do NOT reccomend getting your eyebrows waxed here unless you want your faced burned for a week straight.
