For both visits, they went very smooth. Finding my selections was no problem at all. The staff always welcomed Sophia and I during our two visits and were willing to help any way they could. The process didn't take long for me to select two pairs of shoes to my liking. And Sophia purchased a pair the 2nd time we were there. Checking out was definitely a breeze with staff and was seamless. There's not really much to add except that I was very pleased with the experience.
