It's not as nice as the DSW in Addison, Texas. They have a giant designer section that does have Gucci sometimes. I bought hubby a pair of Gucci boots he loves at the Addison, Texas store. Yay!! :)) Anyhoo, this store is not as nice. And they didn't have anything I fancied at the moment. So I did what most girls do. I started crying & hubby knew just what to do. Hubby took me to Lowe's! LOL He bought some super duper Gorilla glue, cleaned up, glued up my favorite Water Tiger flip flops & had them ready for me the next morning. I was appalled by the customer's words, and the poor cashier was visibly upset by the remark the customer made. I noticed rather quickly that management did absolutely nothing to diffuse the situation and basically allowed the customer to show blatant disrespect in front of other customers. To me, that is wildly unprofessional on management's part; nobody should get away with calling a kind worker "a mother****er" for just doing their job. I'm not sure what kind of policies allow this behavior, but I do not have any respect for places like that.

We waited and then when I told my husband that's long enough someone finally says well he can help you. Really we were waiting in line for a long time and you want to help when we are done waiting? You take notice only after we are ready to walk out? My husband found what he was looking for quickly so the 10 minutes while in store was in line. Cannot express how badly that reflects on the customer service. If they were swamped with customers and not so many working I would understand but 3 putting display racks together could have stopped and help check out paying customers. Hopefully it gets better but we will not be returning.
