I paid $9,900 via Zelle, but only a partial slab was poured. The front walkway and remaining back areas included in the scope of work remain completely untouched. Despite numerous promises, shifting excuses, and delays, Jesus the contractor ultimately stopped responding entirely. Excuses ranged from "the concrete plant being closed" (which I personally verified was false) to crew no-shows and family emergencies -- all while working other jobs during the same time, per other reviews. This has left my property looking like an abandoned construction site, and I'm now out nearly $10,000. Multiple PA Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act violations have taken place. Save Grief and Avoid this contractor at all costs.
