    20.00 for this, oh well.

Service was awkward, there's a boy with his girlfriend on their phones at the front and the two chefs eating right behind them. Weird

We tried the yellow curry with tofu and a side order of sticky rice. I don't know what it was, but something about the curry tasted weird and the consistency of the rice was just not right. It was also quite expensive considering that the curry did not come with rice. Sadly, this was one of the only places open in the food court, so we didn't really have a choice.

Super yummy Thai food found in a food court! We ordered the curry laksa noodle soup with veggies and tofu, green curry fried rice with veggies and the pad Thai with tofu! Everything was super flavorful and fresh! Portions sizes are huuuuuuuge and they are generous with the veggies! I love that! Each dish had its own unique flavor with just the right amount of spice (we ordered medium spicy). Hands down, the yummiest dish was the green curry fried rice!!! Soooooooo delicious!

Real Thai from a carry out mall spot??? Yes, dammit, yes. Their pad Thai is some of the best I've ever tasted.

Fried rice with tofu and crispy cucumber. Made with fresh locally grown veggies.

I am pretty picky about what I eat. I am vegan. I prefer fresh, local produce. Having visited Thailand in the past, I know what authentic Thai food should taste like. Ratcha Thai in Waimea checks all the boxes. They have a ton of vegan options. They use crispy fresh produce, cooked lightly to preserve the natural fresh flavor profile. And they get the essence of what real Thai food should taste like. Not to mention the staff are friendly, energetic and personable. What's not to love? My only regret: I wish they'd bring back the raw chocolate pie....

Got Pho there - much different than Vietnamese Pho - meat cooked with broth - lacks many Thai stir fry dishes- garlic/black pepper

Goid flavors. Curry more on the watery side but the flavors were still good. Fried rice was delicious.

We shared the ahi poke nachos and ordered the macadamia crusted mahi mahi, pork shank, and grill trio. All hearty options and very delicious. The first time I've seen my husband get a to-go box at a fine dining establishment because of the portion size - pork shank was very generous. I'd order any of the dishes we selected again. Drinks were enjoyed by our table too. We weren't seated right next to the window but still had a great view of the water which melted into the night. One of our most enjoyable meals during our trip.

It has that old-school vibe, with great service, and great food. As soon as we sat down, they brought over some kids' quesadilla appetizers. The kids were quiet and we could sit and relax. Their menu is a blend of land and sea entrees. Even the kids' menu was elevated with short ribs and green beans. We all enjoyed our meals. The butterfish, scallops, and white fish were among our favorites. They were cooked and seasoned perfectly so they melt in your mouth. The meat loaf (which consisted of 2 large loaves) was also very good. We ended the evening with chocolate lava cake, which was gooey and delicious.
