Prior to this visit we saw 2 other dealerships and their cars were in terrible condition so we walked away. They tried to give us 12% rate with 830 credit scores. These guys used Credit Union and offered 6.5% and our payment is $100 less then what the other dealerships offered. I always pay attention to how the office looks. Unfortunately, not long after, I started having serious issues. I later found out that the engine harness wires had been cut and taped back together, which caused ongoing engine problems. This isn't something that happens by accident--it's a sign of very poor or careless repair work. On top of that, the sliding door switch didn't work properly, and at one point the door actually opened while I was driving, which was honestly scary and dangerous. Fixing all of this turned into a nightmare. I had to make around 10 trips to the mechanic, replace the wiring harness, fix the electrical system, and deal with repeated diagnostics. In total, I ended up spending over $4,000 just to get the vehicle into a safe and working condition. What's most frustrating is that these are not small issues--they should have been caught and addressed before the car was ever sold. From my experience, this dealership is: Not transparent Not standing behind what they sell Not BBB accredited My advice: don't take the risk. At the very least, get a very thorough independent inspection before buying from them. Personally, I would just look elsewhere.

My CU said that to approve financing, the dealership had to register the vehicle. Majio took my initial call (at a ridiculously early hour - and was immediately responsive) to respond to all questions I had about this and other questions about the car. It was EARLY too - but he was super pleasant. And yes, they absolutely can register your car. My sister was looking to donate her super-old and barely-running car and they took it for trade-in! From the moment I showed up at the lot, Bijan ad Majio treated me like family and I felt super comfortable. They asked me options (GAP insurance, etc), but only once for each option and were not at all pushy. My next driver will be needing a car in a couple years and PAW has completely earned my trust and future business. I was looking at (and researching) some of their other models while they were working on my paperwork and their prices were ridiculous across the board.
