It's definitely more expansive the other location in South Sarasota which is further and more of a hassle to get to for my parents. You know what you're getting at a Costco such as the food court, free samples, the warehouse deals for exclusive appliances/electronics, eye/optometry center, tire center, liquor sales, and travel offerings. The store looked like it hadn't been cleaned or attended to because the guy sitting behind the counter was too busy watching the World Cup. You can't get to the bathroom without bothering the guy for a key, but you seem like you're bothering him, just asking him to ring you up your water. So I just waited till I got home to go to the bathroom. Whoever manages the store definitely does not take care of making sure things are restocked because all of the windshield squeegee fluid by the pumps (and i mean all of them because I checked) was nonexistent.

My issues is how they treated my daughter with rudeness and disrespect. Since when is it appropriate to behave in an unprofessional manner with a young lady? I get you guys have shop talk but never ever think it is appropriate in front of a young lady to behave the way you did. I already knew that it was the freon and or possibly a broken air conditioner that either needed repair or replacement but the attitude with which my daughter was treated was not appreciated at all and frankly I am disappointed. When dealing with customers who might possibly come back for anything related to our vehicles, I would want to believe that you are the company I would call right off the top of my head and not have to think twice about how I or my family will be treated.

I had the service Saturday 7/25/26 , my left rear tire got damaged, at that moment I didnt realize…read moreit happened after I left the tunnel , I finish vacuum and started the car , the dashboard say left tire air pressure only 16 PSI , so I quickly drove the gas station next to the parking lot and pump some air , when i stoped at 32 psi I can hear the air coming out from the tire , so I immediately moved my car back to Tommy car wash parking and got the employee, she came out and checking the tire , I did show her where is the air coming out , she took couple pictures when the tire almost flattened, she made the report and told me I should hear from her GM via my email , Wednesday 7/26/26 I got the email from the GM at this Murdock location, what a dumb and stupid response, she said after watching the video from the wash my tires left the tunnel in the same condition that it came in , her best guess is the Murphy air pump deflated my tire , what's a dumb and stupid comment ever , yes I pumped some air when the tire got only 16psi left and when came back to the parking lot it completed flattened after the employee and I making the report, I had to town my car and replace 1 tire cost me $345 , , luckily my all 4 tire just replace couple months ago otherwise I have to put 2 rear tires , I'll cancel my membership and never return , I'm just frustrated how is unprofessional of this GM handle the business , I meant there's a lot of good reviews of this location but it happened to me ! 1

It is love bug season so we really needed to get my car washed. We got the Works, which was usually $44 but we got it for $27 with a free car wash within a month. After vacuuming the car, a very professional and kind young man by the name of Rico came up and made sure we were good and asked if we had any questions. We had a few which he answered very professionally. What an amazing experience! We will definitely be coming back here. Funny thing, we found out that they are brother and sister. Kudos to the hiring manager!
